Privilege Card
Terms & Conditions
1. Privilege Cards are issued by and remains the property of Sno-Age Ltd.
2. The Privilege Card is not a credit, debit or charge card.
3. The card is valid only at the companies advertised.
4. The offers on this card cannot be clubbed with any other promotions/ offers.
5. The card is not transferable and can only be used by the cardholder whose signature is on the signature panel.
6. Only one card can be used per transaction and is valid for a maximum group size of 5 people.
7. The right of use of card is reserved.
8. The cardholder needs to present the card to avail any of the offers.
9. Sno-Age Ltd Ltd. reserves the rights to change, limit, modify or cancel the offers in whole or part at anytime, at its sole discretion.
10. The cardholder must sign on the reverse of the card as soon as it is received. Usage of the card by the cardholder indicates acceptance of all terms & conditions which are subject to revision time to time and also authorizes Sno-Age Ltd to use enrollment data of the cardholder at its discretion for purpose of marketing and enhancement of the programme.
11. Sno-Age Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to issue the Privilege card to an individual without assigning any reason whatsoever and may withdraw the card from a cardholder at any time.
12. Sno-Age Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or terminate the Privilege Card programme at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice. The cardholder’s’ right to use the card will cease on the date the programme is discontinued/terminated.
13. Sno-Age Ltd. reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions or any rules related to the programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
14. In case a card is lost or stolen, the cardholder should immediately inform via email at mail to: jason@sno-ageltd.com and a duplicate card will be issued to the cardholder. The delivery of the replacement card will take 15 days from the date of request.
15. We respect the privacy of our cardholders. However, in order to keep our cardholders apprised of their privileges and membership status, we may need to send them certain programme information that may include printed or email marketing materials from Sno-Age Ltd which will inform them of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to them and marketing materials from third parties that have a strategic marketing relationship with the Privilege Card programme. The information provided to us when enrolling is processed in our computer systems both in the country where this information has been collected and in our primary computer system in the UK. As a participant in Privilege card programme, the cardholders have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, the cardholders will be given the opportunity to opt-out of mailings from such third parties and from e-mails.
